In booking with Mountain Shuttles ltd you agree to the following conditions:

  • Your confirmation email / ticket permit you to use the scheduled event stated and no other.
  • Your email / tickets are required to board a Mountain Shuttles transfer. If this was bought by someone else you agree to this person booking as your representative.
  • Any amendments you wish to make to a ticket is at the discretion of Mountain Shuttles ltd and a request must be made via our website. This may be subject to a £20 administration fee.
  • Refunds can be made in full 3 weeks or more before your transfer. Any refunds closer to the scheduled transfer event are at the discretion of Mountain Shuttles ltd. An administration fee of £20 may be charged for any requested refund.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for the transport or boarding of any person under 16 years old without the company of an adult.
  • Infants under the age of 2 may legally sit on the lap of a parent or guardian, Mountain Shuttle ltd must be informed of any other specific seating arrangements for infants.
  • Should you be delayed at the airport for any reason, for instance; delayed flight, delayed baggage reclaim, delayed at Customs or any other reason, Mountain Shuttles ltd is not liable for any refund or alternative transport arrangement. The driver has absolute discretion whether to wait or not. If we have seats available on a later transfer the absolute discretion whether to allow you boarding lies with the driver.
  • Should your flight be diverted, it is your responsibility to make your own way to the transfer picks up location. If you miss our service due to a diverted flight we have no liability to refund or arrange / support any other travel arrangement.
  • No ticket will be issued until your payment has been confirmed.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure details are correct on the booking system and email. If it is not correct you must contact Mountain Shuttles ltd asap via our website. Any changes to a ticket may be charged £20 administration fee.
  • You must arrive at the pickup location during the pickup time stated on your email. We are not liable should you miss the transfer for not being at the stated area.
  • You should be at the pickup location at the airport at least 5 minutes before leaving.
  • You must be stood at your chosen pick up location in resort on the times stated on the email received by Mountain Shuttles ltd.
  • Should you not receive a confirmation email it is your responsibility to contact Mountain Shuttles ltd asap.
  • We are not liable should you not turn up, or arrive late, to your pick up location.
  • You may only Board or Leave the transfer once the driver allows.
  • You must wear a seat belt for the entire transfer.
  • You must behave in a reasonable and lawful manner during a transfer.
  • Any mess created by you must be cleaned up onboard the vehicle.
  • Alcohol, smoking or drugs will not be tolerated onboard a transfer.
  • We have the right to cancel, refuse further carriage and remove you from your vehicle for unlawful conduct onboard a vehicle.
  • Any damage caused by you to Mountain Shuttles ltd vehicles, inside or out, will be charged at a minimum of £150.
  • We are not liable to you for the actions of other passengers on board a transfer.
  • It is our obligation to carry you and your permitted luggage on the booked transfer.
  • Running times are approximate; however we do our best to stick to these. We are not liable for late transfers beyond our control, for instance; traffic.
  • Animals are not accepted on our transfers.
  • We reserve the right to cancel transfers at any time, with short notice. Any bookings will receive a full refund. If a proportion of the ticket has been used we will offer a 50% refund.
  • We have no liability for delay or failure to transport people beyond our control.
  • Every effort will be made to ensure we arrive at the airport at the stated time, we hold no liability for late arrivals beyond our control
  • We will only carry luggage of 1 suitcase (20kg or less), one ski or snowboard bag and one piece of hand luggage. We cannot accept any excess of luggage except at the full discretion of the driver.
  • We do not accept any weapons, drugs, solvents, animals, non-folding wheelchairs, pushchairs, bicycles or any other baggage that may cause damage to others people or property.
  • We do not accept luggage that is not packed appropriately or labeled.
  • Small valuable luggage should be kept with you during the transfer.
  • We are not liable for any damage to luggage.
  • Our driver will load the luggage however you may be required to assist the driver.
  • We are not responsible for you leaving luggage on the vehicle, however we will take reasonable care until you arrange for pick-up of your luggage. We may charge an administration fee for holding your luggage and we are not liable to any payment for the transportation of luggage you have left.
  • Any luggage left for 2 weeks or more will be disposed of.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time.
